Local matches allow you to be more involved in every aspect of your surrogacy journey, cut down on travel costs and make travel home from the hospital with your baby easier.
Even though we focus on local matches, we handle everything electronically, from using fillable forms and e-signatures to coordinating video conferencing, so you will never need to travel to our offices.

We follow ASRM and SEEDS best practices in all of our internal policies and procedures to give you the best chance of a smooth and successful surrogacy journey.
We have rigorous pre-screening requirements and procedures for our surrogates so that by the time you are matched, you can be confident that you have the best chance possible for your surrogate to pass her medical and psychological screenings.
We use an independent surrogacy escrow company (SeedTrust) which is fully bonded and insured so your funds are sure and protected.

We are transparent about our fees and the costs of surrogacy so you will never be surprised along the way.
You only pay what your journey actually costs.
We do not have an “all-in” fee structure because those fees are frequently higher than the actual cost of a surrogacy journey and result in a windfall to the agency.

We are licensed to match NY surrogates by the NYS Department of Health.
Our owners underwent extensive background investigations before we received our license.
Our policies and procedures are annually reviewed by NYS DOH to make sure they comply with best practices in the surrogacy industry.
We are attorney owned and managed, so your entire journey will be overseen by attorneys who comply with the highest ethical standards.

We regularly work with almost all New York fertility clinics and many in surrounding states.
We have attorney contacts in all 50 states.
We work closely with International Fertility Insurance to make sure all of your insurance needs are met.
We work closely with mental health providers throughout the country that follow ASRM best practices for the surrogate psychological screening process.
We can provide referrals for counselors for our intended parents if they need extra support during this journey.
