Pre-Screening with NYSC

I didn’t know how the process worked when applying to become a surrogate. Joe made it easy for me to understand how it would work and that I would need to be patient as it could take some time for paperwork to be reviewed and the application to go through to ensure I fit the criteria to proceed. After submitting my application and getting a thumbs up, we proceeded with the pre-screening; it included getting a drug screening done and a letter of recommendation from my OBGYN, which they made super easy and fast for me. Joe sent me a list of the instructions for the drug screening, a checklist of information NYSC needed, and any forms that needed to be signed. In the meantime, the team worked on setting up my surrogate profile. Joe and I had a “home visit” over Zoom, where he answered all my questions and spoke more about the process. The team has made this process easy; they’re all highly informative individuals.
